Welcome Back, Solopreneurs.

Hunter, here & today I wanted to share my simple solopreneur Tech-Stack to help filter out all the noise.

But first,

I launched a free Notion template called designed to help busy creatives and entrepreneurs clear their minds into actionable items.

You can also sort through old thoughts & memories and sort them all out by topic.

Starting a business online is easy. Okay, I know, bold statement. But it sure can be.

The problem is no matter what type of business you want to start. There are too many options for the tech that is included.

Leading to the negative cycle of "research" & "learning."

For example, if I want to invest in a tweet scheduler for myself, I have to pick from:

• TweetHunter• Hypefury• Typefully• Typeshare• Twitter's native scheduler

That's to name a few (on one tool). The list goes on and on for any type of tool you need and knowing what the right tool is for you can be extremely frustrating.

If you are anything like me, then you know that simplicity wins.

Plus, I'm all about getting the best bang for your buck.

This is why over the last few months, I have done endless research on all the tech & tools solopreneurs are using today, and I have compiled them all to show you what I use for my daily business.

Let's dive in.

As a preface:

I'm a solopreneur focusing primarily on creating content & building info/digital products in the form of Notion templates.

BUT

I will lay out the tools I believe any solopreneur in any niche can use to start and grow their online business.

( And no, I am not positing any affiliate links to these tools, they are purely my honest recommendations)

I am going to give you two lists of tools. One will be the tools I personally use and/or am going to be upgrading to soon, and the second will be a list of free alternatives to use if you are starting.

My Simple Tech-Stack:

1. Organizing & Management – Notion.so

Notion is my personal favorite tool for building systems and keeping track of everything from projects to tasks & clients. The best part? It's free to use forever.

2. Twitter Growth – Tweethunter.io

I use TweetHunter because of the advanced features not offered in other tools. It's a bit more pricey, but the ability for auto-DM campaigns and custom auto plugs, not to mention their AI tools, is just hard to beat.

3. Newsletter – Beehiiv.com

I have been writing newsletters for around nine months and have tried many different tools and providers. I settled on Beehiiv because of the unlimited potential for growth tools they provide. Not to mention that you can make a free account to get started.

4. Product selling – Gumroad/Kajabi

Currently, I am using GR because of the features it provides for such a low cost. I know many people are switching because of the updated fees ( I will be as well). But for the money, Gumroad provides a lot more than just a place to sell your projects.

I will be moving to Kajabi soon (all-in-one marketplace, website & landing pages), but it is a premium product.

5. Landing Pages – Carrd.co

I recently built a landing page for my high-ticket offer and found that Carrd is by far the best in terms of intuitiveness and simplicity. The only downside is you must upgrade your free plan to use a custom domain.

The $0 Tech-Stack

• Organization & Management –Notion.so• Twitter growth – Typeshare.co• Landing pages– Free Carrd.co• Newsletter – Substack or Beehiiv• Product Marketplace -Gumroad• Forms – Google forms• Automations – Bardeen.ai

There are endless variations, even on the free versions I listed for tools. But to be frank, these are my favorite ones to work with. Try them for yourselves

And honestly, who knows what tools I might be using next year. One thing is for sure, though. I'll keep you guys updated.

The Bottom Line:

There are many "shiny objects" in the world of tech & tools. But from personal experience, keep it simple. 80% of results come from 20% of the action.

Take 5 minutes & write down a gratitude list.

Visualizing what you are grateful for and being mindful of gratitude, in general, will transform your perspective.

It's a bit counterintuitive, but after realizing what I have, I feel much more compelled to work for what I don't.

Also:

Reply to this email with your favorite tools! I would love to branch out further and explore. And let me know what you think of today's letter!

I am always looking to improve and provide you with the most value possible.

PS:

If you like Notion, like me, Then you know how easily things get cluttered and messy in your life and business.

So I made the perfect system for Entrpenreuers, and I'm giving you $25 dollars off the price.
