TPS #41 - My Top 5 Tools to Crush it Daily

Read Time: 3mins 57s

Hello everyone, Hunter here.

Before we dive in, a quick ask - I just launched Operate360 on ProductHunt. If you have a sec, I’d hugely appreciate your upvote.

It’s free and helps me out tremendously. Plus, send me proof, and I’ll send you a premium discount code :)

Now, onto the good stuff: my 5 new favorite tools I use every single day for running my business and getting things done.

See, I didn’t get to where I’m at by just working hard. I worked smart. I used tools to automate and simplify recurring tasks to focus on big-picture growth.

That’s what we like to call — Leverage.

Rize - Tracking Time on Websites

Wanna see where all your time actually goes each day? Rize is a game-changer.

It tracks how you spend time on websites and apps. (To the minute)

Finally, visibility into just how much I was distracted by, ahem... social media.

With hard data, I could identify and eliminate productivity killers. Now I get 2-3 extra hours a day to focus on what matters.

Rize integrates with other tools, too, like your calendars & meetings.

Rize in action, and me working on a Friday.

Hyperwrite - AI-Generated Copy & Content

On the side, I’ve been building my own AI assistant modeled after Jarvis from Ironman.

While that’s been a challenge because of my coding skills (or lack thereof).

Hyperwrite released a new feature called “AI assistant” as a Chrom extension.

Just ask to do almost any task, and it will get it done for you.

That’s right, not just a text response, but actual work, done for you.

The best part is, that it’s completely free.

Hints.so - Supercharged CRM

Hints, is next-level, to say the least.

The first of its kind, an AI assistant for your CRM.

A chatbot with GPT-4 that hooks up to SMS, so like your texts, telegram, or slack channel, free.

Integrates seamlessly with your calendar, Notion, Asana, just to name a few, this tool works with almost anything your using.

It’s the perfect companion for on-the-go updates.

Cron - Calendar Automation

Cron is like the cool little brother to Google calendar

A simple and seamless design, but the best part is the ability to set quick meetings with recent contacts.

Not only that, I can carve out a chunk of time where I’m free, send it to someone, and they can pick what times work for them.

Instead of going to Calendly, or booking a meeting on Google, I can simply pull up my desktop app and schedule a meeting within 30 seconds.

Even better, you can hook up Notion pages associated with the meeting.

Making onboarding, standups, strategy calls, and everything in between.

Claude.ai - My Personal AI Taskmaster

Last but not least, Claude AI, the cool cousin to ChatGPT

Free to use, (with limits), I often find that if ChatGPT isn’t quite giving me what I’m looking for, then Claude will.

Especially when it comes to content ideas and novel insights all around.

BONUS: Text Blaze - Automate messaging.

I’ve been using Text Blaze for a couple of months now, and I have to say— wow it’s handy.

From doing cold outreach to even signing emails, Text Blaze makes typing repetitive messages outdated.

All I have to do is type “/sig” and boom, my signature with all my links.

But you can customize it do anything like this.

The founder reached out to me and graciously offered my subscribers a free month of the pro edition when they check it out, but no pressure at all :)

Try it here.

Now, obviously, I use more tools in my tech stack than this like Notion & Slack. But these recent additions save me at least 10hrs/wk.

But I get it, if you’re into doing manual work and wasting your time with low-leverage tasks, then by all means, don’t add any of these.

But if you’re anything like me, then I know these tools will help :)

That’s all I got for today.

Peace out,

Hunter.
